We start with a roll of prime, mill-finish aluminum, apply a baked-on finish on one of our coating lines, then punch out the license plate tags in our precision press.  The tags have slotted holes, with 1/2” corner radii, the finish has rust and UV-resistant properties, and is guaranteed not to peel or crack.   Our standard polyester tags are suitable for screen printing, hand painting, air-brushing, and vinyl lettering.  We also offer license plate tags specifically for dye sublimation.  Please see below for our stock colors & sizes.
